Salesmanship. I learned this very early in my career in my first job. I am the a super introvert and this is not a career I'd want to build, but it is a great skill to have learned. The ability to talk to a bunch of people, try to understand their needs and sell your product and deal with rejections 95% of the time - this is invaluable.
